Royal Tide Group was founded to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to a growing family of service brands. As our subsidiaries expanded, it became clear that long-term success required a centralized organization dedicated to managing the major components of each business—while keeping every team member aligned with company and individual goals. Royal Tide Group is led by partners Marco Ritacca and Ian Stewart, whose relationship began not in a boardroom, but in the field.

Marco first met Ian while serving as Ian’s irrigation professional. What started as routine service visits often evolved into longer conversations—ranging from system repairs to debates over the perfect pizza ratios and modern politics. Over time, those conversations revealed a shared philosophy around leadership, accountability, and how well-run service businesses should operate.

That mutual respect laid the foundation for a partnership focused on building scalable brands without sacrificing integrity, culture, or customer experience.
